Configure the network
Allow inbound and outbound traffic to the required IP addresses.
When you use Vertex O Series On-Premise with the Vertex for Shopify connector, your network must allow inbound and outbound traffic to the required IP addresses.
Contact your network administrator to add these IP addresses to your inbound and outbound firewall or security rules.
