Issue

A Confirm Transaction request fails, but the service still records the transaction confirmation. If you send another Confirm Transaction request, the service can create a duplicate transaction.

Details/resolution

If a Confirm Transaction request fails, fix the transaction and resend the request. Do not create a new transaction or send a new request for the same transaction.
