Here are the enhancements and resolutions we released for the service in 2022.

December 12 (hotfix)

  • Corrected the issue where certain Australian Tax IDs were producing incorrect validation results.
  • Swiss tax rate calculation and invoices are available for physical goods.

November 10

  • Fixed an issue that caused the incorrect error message to be displayed when an invalid country was specified.
  • Fixed the issue where some users were unable to add custom footer text to invoices.
  • Fixed the issue where some settings could be added to unsupported countries.
  • Some countries and regions do not return tax information. For more information, see Countries where No Tax Information is Returned.
  • Added a warning message to the API response to alert users when discounts exceed the total.

June 27

  • Corrected the error that occurred when the unit price was less than 1. For example, unit_price=00.01.
  • Corrected the issue where invalid invoices could sometimes generate an incorrect 500 error response rather than the correct 404.

May 30

  • The Product Classification Tool, previously available for generating product codes, has been removed. For more information, see Configuring Product Codes.
  • Fixed Failure to Delete Old Logos: Fixed certain circumstances where a deleted logo was not immediately replaced in all occurrences.

April 21

  • Invoices are now completely immutable. For example, if you change your logo, this change is not replicated to existing invoices.
  • Vertex O Series Cloud is now used for tax calculation. This requires no action on your part.
  • Norway is now supported for line-item liability assignment.
  • Users can reset their access tokens.

March 2
