Here are the enhancements and resolutions we released for the service in 2024.
November 12
- Added support for three-party transactions in Switzerland.
- Added support for a custom time range to the Audit Report.
September 27
- Added a Reporting API, detailed in the Reporting API section. New requests, including Schedule Report and List Reports, enable you to integrate the Audit Report with your host system.
- Updated the Audit Report with two reporting options, as detailed in the Audit Report. You can now use Webhook and Email Notifications and configure custom storage locations as detailed in Report Storage.
- Added a new user interface for configuring Tax ID validation settings, detailed in the UI-based Settings. You can use Vertex Validator with Vertex for Marketplaces (Integrated Vertex Validator) or as a Standalone Vertex Validator.
June 27
- A new report has been added for B2B reporting for India and Turkey. This is only for Digital goods. It is not needed for now. For more information, see B2B Reports.
- The UIs have been updated. For more information, see Dashboard Overview.
- Support has been added for sales of physical goods to Malaysia.
- Default currencies have been added to the Audit report. For more information, see Audit Report.
- Improved the report performance.
May 2
- Fields for IP Address, Credit Card Number Prefixes, and Self-declared evidence have been added to the Audit Report. These fields can be ignored as they apply to Digital goods, which are not currently supported.
- A Transaction Type filter has been added to the Audit report. This determines whether the reports display sales, refunds, or both.
February 5
- Fixed issue where sometimes the
tax_address_kindfield was inaccurate. - New descriptions and messages added to Vertex Validator.
- Currency conversion via an intermediate source is available for currencies lacking a direct source.
January 1
- The exception for goods under 350 Norwegian Krona (NOK) that excluded them from being considered low value goods (LVG) for VOEC has been removed. All goods valued between 1 and 3000 NOK qualify from January 1st 2024.
