Mandates
Read about country mandates.
Domain refers to the general direction of communication. You will find it listed in the Details section of each country overview topic, like the Taiwan: Overview topic. It is also shown in the screenshot below:

Details table
Domains
The following Domains are possible:
- B2C: Communications sent to a customer.
- B2B: Communications sent to another business.
- B2G: Communications sent to the Government or Tax Authority.
Generally, this refers to the direction of transmission or the main recipient or sender. So a B2G Domain could be a VRBL Document sent by e-Invoicing to the Government. In Germany, these use the Xrechnung format. A Document that is sent to a business, for say a B2B invoice, is sent using PEPPOL in Germany.
Transaction Types
In addition, there are also Transaction Types that use the same names. You can also find this is in the Transaction Type row of the Details table in each country's overview topic.
The following Transaction Types are supported:
- B2C: Transaction between a business and a customer.
- B2B: Transaction between 2 businesses.
- B2G: Transaction between a business and the Government.
Transaction Types can be further delineated into cross-border and domestic.
Invoice Types
You use the InvoiceTypeCode element to model the type of Document. For example, if it is an invoice or a credit note. The VRBL: Invoice Types topic provides more detailed information.
