New countries and formats

Support was added for the following new countries and formats:

• Norway is now supported. Details are provided in the Norway: Overview section.
• Poland is now supported. Details are provided in the Poland: Overview topic. This includes both Poland B2G: Overview and Poland B2B: Overview sections covering both formats.
• The Spanish B2G format is now supported. Details are provided in the Spain B2G: Overview section.
• Taiwan is now supported. Details are provided in the Taiwan: Overview section.
