A textual value used to establish a link between the payment and the invoice, issued by the seller. Used for creditor's critical reconciliation information. This information element helps the seller to assign an incoming payment to the relevant payment process. If the Payee Financial Account ID is a QR-IBAN, then QR-Reference (27 digits) is mandatory. If the Payee Financial Account ID is a IBAN, then it is optional. In this case, may contain a SCOR- or unstructured reference.
