Configure the Specification Identifier for your United States documents.
An identification of the specification containing the total set of rules regarding semantic content, cardinalities, and business rules to which the data contained in the instance document conforms. Use urn:vertexinc:vrbl:billing:1#Invoice#[name-of-country-specific-schematron-file] In case of the US, the Specification Identifier that has to be used is: urn:vertexinc:vrbl:billing:1#Invoice#VRBL-Invoice-US-DBNA-1p0
