Seller Party ID
An element providing an identification of the Seller. For Philippines e-invoicing compliance, the seller's head office or branch code must be reported as a 5-digit zero-padded string. Standard 3-digit branch codes must be left-padded with two leading zeros. For example: branch code 101 becomes 00101, and head office 000 becomes 00000.
