Switzerland (YellowBill): Invoice Start Date
The date when the invoice period starts.
For yellowbill CH invoices, this element is also used to provide specific invoice-related dates in combination with a subset of UNCL2005 codes, provided in the Invoice Period Description Code cbc:DescriptionCode.
