A group providing elements to reference an offline Zin number. Used in case the system is offline.

Offline Zin Number (`ID`)	1..1	The ZIN form number from the holographic stamp registered by ZIN.
Scheme ID (`ID/@schemeID`)	1..1	A scheme identifier to identify the Offline Zin Number. Use `RS:ZIN`
