You must model a specification ID to help with routing.

Element

Use the following element to model this information:

Name (Path)	Cardinality	Description
Specification Identifier (`Statement/CustomizationID`)	1..1	An identification of the specification containing the total set of rules regarding semantic content, cardinalities and business rules to which the data contained in the instance document conforms.

Restrictions

For outbound messages, you must specify urn:vertexinc:vrbl:billing:1.
