Switzerland (YellowBill): Payment Means Identifier
An identifier for the payment instructions/means.
For yellowlink CH invoices, in case of installments, the payment means identifier is used to link the payment means group to the corresponding payment terms groups. Each single payment terms group will represent an installment. While they all can share the same payment means, they can also refer to different payment means groups.
