Format updates

EN 16931

• Removed the VRBL-EN16931-M-7 rule for credit notes. The Due Date and Payment Terms are no longer required.
• Corrected typos related to tax category code in filenames in the EN 16931 examples.

Peppol PINT

• Fixed typo in rule ID from VRPEPPOL-PINT-138 to VRBL-PEPPOL-PINT-138.

• The list of Tax Exemption Reason Codes (listed in the Italy B2B/B2G: Tax Exemption Reason Code topic) was updated.
• Changed text from “code from the CEF Electronic Address Scheme” to “code from the Peppol subset of the CEF Electronic Address Scheme”.
• Fixed an incorrect UNCL 4461 Payment Means Code description for VRBL:IT:MP01.
• Added UNCL 4461 Payment Means Code for VRBL:IT:MP02.

Malaysia

• Updated text about the IssueTime element requiring the UTC indicator.
• Updated text about Tax Scheme TaxScheme/ID requiring code "OTH" (other). This required updates to the following Rules:
